Amazon Rank

Amazon needs to learn how much discrimination hurts.

Tell me about it! I've been following the situation via the Twitter hash tag for the better part of an hour now with a sort of morbid fascination.

I'm truly impressed by the way the internet has mobilized, though. Several news organizations have picked up on the story because of the virtual rioting happening on Twitter and in the blogosphere so you can bet it will all over the regular channels by tomorrow morning. Amazon is going to have to account for their actions whether they want to or not. The power of social networks is truly remarkable.

I feel a little dumb and really confused, because I do not understand this Amazon Rank thing at all.

Care to explain?

And I've found the answer to my own question.
That is bullshit. D:
